This policy covers delivery of medicines, medical equipment and the dispatch of services across our coverage area.

1. Coverage area

We currently deliver and serve across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Availability of specific items may vary by location.

2. Medicine delivery

  • Prescription medicines are dispatched by licensed partner pharmacies against a valid prescription
  • Same-day delivery slots are available across most of Delhi NCR
  • You can track your order from the pharmacy to your door
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order

3. Equipment delivery & installation

  • Medical equipment is delivered, installed and function-tested at your home
  • Same-day delivery is available for most items, subject to availability
  • Sanitisation is carried out before delivery
  • Free pickup is arranged at the end of a rental period

4. Delivery timelines

Estimated timelines are shown at checkout. While we strive to meet them, delivery may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, stock or address accessibility.

5. Failed or delayed deliveries

If we cannot complete a delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery point, we will attempt to reach you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may incur a re-delivery charge.

6. Inspection on delivery

Please inspect equipment on delivery and report any issue to the delivery staff or our helpline immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
