Partner Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms for professionals and partners who deliver services through the Sanjivani Care platform.

Last updated: 1 June 2026

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Sanjivani Care and the professionals, providers and partners ("Partners") who deliver services through our platform — including doctors, nurses, caretakers, physiotherapists, paramedics, pharmacies, laboratories and equipment providers.

1. Provider responsibilities

  • Deliver care and services professionally, ethically and in line with applicable medical standards
  • Maintain valid registrations, licences and qualifications at all times
  • Arrive on time, follow case briefs, and treat patients and families with dignity
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
  • Use the platform's OTP check-in and reporting tools accurately

2. Verification process

  • Submit identity, address, qualification and registration documents for verification
  • Undergo background and, where applicable, police verification before activation
  • Periodic re-verification and credential renewal as required
  • Immediate notification to us of any change in registration status or legal standing

3. Payments

  • Earnings are calculated per completed, verified booking or shift
  • Payouts are made to your registered account on the agreed payout cycle
  • Transparent statements are provided for every payout
  • Applicable taxes are handled in accordance with law

4. Commission structure

Sanjivani Care retains a platform commission on each completed booking to cover technology, verification, coordination, customer support and marketing. The applicable commission rate and your net earnings are disclosed transparently before you accept bookings, and any change is communicated in advance.

5. Service standards

  • Maintain a minimum quality rating and responsiveness
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety and care protocols
  • Cooperate with quality audits and patient feedback resolution
  • Avoid soliciting patients off-platform for platform-originated bookings

6. Confidentiality

Partners must keep all patient data, case information and proprietary platform information strictly confidential, during and after the engagement, and use it only to deliver the booked service.

7. Compliance

Partners must comply with all applicable laws, medical council and regulatory requirements, data protection obligations and platform policies, including our Patient Consent Policy and Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with reasonable written notice
  • We may suspend or terminate immediately for serious breach, safety concerns, loss of registration or fraud
  • Obligations of confidentiality and completion of in-progress care survive termination

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration in Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.

10. Independent relationship

Partners act as independent providers, not employees of Sanjivani Care, unless a separate employment contract states otherwise. Partners are responsible for their own clinical decisions and professional indemnity.
