You can cancel or reschedule a booking through the app, by calling our 24×7 helpline, or via WhatsApp. We recommend cancelling as early as possible so we can reallocate the professional.
Cancellations made after the applicable window, or no-shows, may incur a charge to compensate the assigned professional for their reserved time. Any such charge is communicated transparently.
Ambulance and emergency dispatches, once en route, may incur charges reflecting the resources already deployed.
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule due to professional unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases you receive a full refund or a priority reschedule at no extra cost.
Rescheduling within the allowed window is free. We will do our best to retain the same professional where you request it.
